PLEASE: this addresses the physical side of things. sometimes we become emotionally dysregulated simply because we haven’t eaten a meal yet, or slept enough the night before!
also, build mastery. maybe try focusing on one of these aspects at a time. start small. plan ahead.

opposite to action emotion: you know how people say that our emotions lead to or cause certain actions? well, the same goes for the other way around. our actions lead to or cause certain emotions. with this in mind, it is possible to change how we feel simply by doing the opposite of it.
For example: the opposite of depression isn’t necessarily happiness; it is action. the opposite of anxiety is calmness. the opposite of anger is kindness. the opposite of fear is bravery.
